The history of battle royal games


The battle royal games were very popular in the last decade. Games like PUBG, FreeFire, Fortnite, and DayZ contributed to this.

 

          Video games concept is built over time by fixing the wrong things and improving the right things. Battle royal games also can be called as another type of game that is so popular. It is up to the player to survive by finding things through exploration. The basic principle of such online multiplayer games is that a limited number of people enter to a limited space and use what there is to destroy other players.

          Battle royal games were based on player vs player game mode. Later on this concept has introduced ass free for all. The p vs p game dates basic to 1990 and was firstly used in “Bomberman” game created by Japanese video game Company called “Hudson Soft”. The concept of battle royal game to stage after the book of battle royal written by a Japanese author Koushun Takami.

 

          In 2012, the very first game which include battle royal concept was introduced by Microsoft and Sony companies and that game call minecraft. This game was one of game related to sandbox style and 24 players were able to play that game

 

          After that, again DayZ game was released in 2013 and due to its popularity again in 2014 Arma 3 by Bohemia Interactive was released.

The title of winner winner chicken dinner was very firstly used in Arma 3 game.

          Again in 2015, H1Z1 game was released and in 2016 Dinosaurs were added for the ARK Survival Evolved.

 


          Brendan Greene (Irishman) created PUBG and it became popular among millions of players around the world. And also, Fortnite game was introduced by Epic Games in 2017.


 

          Recently COD Warzone and Hyper Scape games were released and they were so popular all around the world. There are accusation that video game industry is saying at the same place due to the battle royal games, but the video game industry has already managed to migrate.
